Desert Mountain Alpacas ships products and clothing worldwide. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. Live alpacas and maremmas must be picked up or shipped at teh cost of the purchaser.

We ship to PO Boxes by USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that only USPS ships to PO Boxes.
Sales tax (7%) will be applied to all orders shipping in the state of Georgia.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Returned products must be in new condition (unworn and unwashed) and include all original packaging and tags.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.
Gift wrapping is not refundable.
A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.
All orders placed from November 25th through December 24th are eligible for a full refund if returned by or before January 31st.
* Pack the item carefully so it will not be damaged during the shipping process. If you don’t have the original shipping box please use another small box or a padded envelope.
* We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your return. Desert Mountain Alpacas is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

* Please indicate reason for return: wrong size, wrong color, doesn’t fit, etc.
* Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 5-7 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.
* You will receive a return confirmation email once your return is processed.
Please contact us to exchange an item. We will confirm that we have your requested item in stock and send it to you as soon as we receive the item you are returning. We will send you the exchange item at no extra charge but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.
Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges for a higher priced item. We can exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a completely different item, we suggest you place a new order and return the original merchandise for a full refund of the product price.
